MarineTuft also manufactures a limited range of domestic carpet on which the backing has the same attributes as our marine product. ie. not affected by water etc. This domestic carpet is almost immune to the effects of flood , storm etc. IT CAN SIMPLY BE ROLLED UP, TAKEN OUT AND FLUSHED, ALLOWED TO DRY AND RELAID. WATER WILL NOT DAMAGE THIS CARPET(floodproof???). Some seconds and shorts exist. It is primarily loop pile and also ideal for inside boat cabins and caravans as well.
